How long will it take to receive my order from the day I place it?
We generally ship orders within 1 business day of the order being placed however during peak times there may be a delay of 2 or 3 business days. You will receive an email from us when your order ships with a delivery confirmation number. Please understand it may take several days for tracking to show up, and orders are often received well before tracking information is available. We ship via USPS priority, which within USA typically takes 2 to 3 business days to receive your order from the day we ship but please allow at least 5 business days from the day we ship your order before contacting us regarding a potential lost or delayed order. Orders to Canada please allow 6 to 10 days for delivery although many orders arrive quicker, it is beyond our control. Other international destinations please allow 12 days before contacting us as there may be delays caused by customs.

Do you charge tax?
We must collect sales tax for orders shipped to Massachusetts customers in compliance with Massachusetts law. For international orders please understand import duties (tax) may be charged by your jurisdiction and you are responsible for knowing and complying with your local laws. We will not be able to estimate your tax liability for you.

How do I make a return?
Your satisfaction with our products is of greatest importance to us. We offer free samples in order for you to try our products before you buy the full size product. We do not refund shipping costs under any circumstances. We do not provide refunds on full size products. We will provide an exchange or store credit only on full size products which spoil prematurely or are somehow otherwise defective. If you wish to return a defective product please call customer service and obtain a return authorization number. You can call 1-888-366-2284 to obtain this number. Returns must occur within 7 days of your shipment receipt for all items. We will replace items that were damaged in shipping except for bath bombs which may break, but this will not affect their usage. We make every effort to avoid breakage. If you are giving bath bombs as a gift we recommend you overbuy to be safe. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays with the carrier and cannot reimburse for shipping expenses unless it was our fault. We do not issue refunds for any reason unless it was our fault.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as you will not be able to direct your package once shipped. We ship domestically via USPS Priority Mail. In most cases this means 2-3 days shipping time. You will receive a notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

International orders (non-USA) must be paid for via PayPal and shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout. We will ship your order via USPS first class. It usually takes 1 to 2 business days from the receipt of your order until shipment. We will contact you if an order is delayed beyond 1 business day. Delivery times vary based upon location.
Canada:
Flat Rate $9.95
International:
If order total is under $1 shipping = $14.95
If order total is $1.01- $25 shipping = $24.95
If order total $25.01 - $50 Shipping = $29.95
If order total $50.01 - $100 Shipping = $34.95
If order total > $100 Shipping = $49.95

What payment methods do you accept?
For USA customers we accept credit card, PayPal, Money Order, and Cash. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Money Order, and Cash via the mail. If sending cash, please send cash well wrapped in our invoice and round up to the nearest dollar, do not send coin. Select "Money Order" as method of payment. For international customers we accept only PayPal and US dollars (USD) cash via mail. If sending cash please choose PayPal during checkout and contact us to notify us that you will be sending cash.
