Once an order has been placed and paid for it cannot be cancelled so please contact customer support prior to placing your order if you have any questions. We are a small business and such measures are in place to ensure our operation runs smoothly.

 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as you will not be able to direct your package once shipped. If a package is returned to us for any reason other than our own fault the customer will be responsible for the cost of postage. We ship domestically via USPS Priority Mail. In most cases this means 2-3 days shipping time. You will receive a notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.

International orders (non-USA) must be paid for via PayPal and shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout. We will ship your order via USPS first class. It usually takes 1 to 2 business days from the receipt of your order until shipment. We will contact you if an order is delayed beyond 1 business day. Delivery times vary based upon location.

Our products are handcrafted specialty products and we do not warehouse. We do have times when we run out of one or several products such as lotion or soaps on our list. We want everything delivered to you fresh as we do not use synthetic preservatives therefore our products have a shelf life of 8 - 12 months which can be extended by proper storage. Refrigeration is ideal but when impractical keep in a cool, dry environment.

We will not remove reviews that express a personal dislike of a particular attribute such as "I didn't like the scent" however we will remove comments such as "this product sucks".

Please be advised, our creams and lotions have a shelf life of 8 - 12 months. Please refrigerate any unused lotions or creams after 8 months. Because of the nature of our products, some natural separation may occur. Stir or shake product before each use.

Your satisfaction with our products is of greatest importance to us. We offer free samples in order for you to try our products before you buy the full size product. We do not refund shipping costs under any circumstances. We do not provide refunds on full size products. We will provide an exchange or store credit only on full size products which spoil prematurely or are somehow otherwise defective. If you wish to return a defective product please call customer service and obtain a return authorization number. You can call 1-888-366-2284 to obtain this number. Returns must occur within 7 days of your shipment receipt for all items. We will replace items that were damaged in shipping except for bath bombs which may break, but this will not affect their usage. We make every effort to avoid breakage. If you are giving bath bombs as a gift we recommend you overbuy to be safe. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays with the carrier and cannot reimburse for shipping expenses unless it was our fault. We do not issue refunds for any reason unless it was our fault.

Always keep all essential oils and Best Bath Store, LLC products out of the reach of children. If redness, burning, itching or irritation occurs, stop using product immediately and consult your medical provider if self treatment is not effective. If irritation does occur then apply vegetable oil, not water, to the effected area and dry. Again, to stop burning, redness, itching or irritation do not add water; instead apply generous amounts of vegetable oil to the area.

If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure or diabetes, seek the advice of a health professional before using any essential oils or Best Bath Store, LLC product.

Please test all skin products before using! Apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm. Do not use if redness or irritation occurs.
